Jean-Claude is a master of many talents. His wildly popular cooking classes have been filling up so quickly that he’s recently added more classes to an already busy schedule. Being an excellent cook is only a small part of building such a good reputation, but anyone who taken his class knows that he’s not just a good cook but an extraordinary connoisseur of fine wines and champagnes.
Here, he keeps up the French tradition of opening a bottle of bubbly with a sword (in this case a cleaver).
