Mayor Fenty Meets with Blagden Alley Association

Mayor Fenty spoke about improving MPD service, schools, vacant and nuissance properties, homeless housing issues, improving the management of City agencies.

After his introduction, the Mayor took questions from the audience. In this clip, Todd Zirkle, a local property owner, raised a troubling issue about mismanagement at Department of Consumer & Regulatory Affairs [DCRA], abuses of the agency's authority and problems he is having with the current Director Linda Argo.
