Just as snow was blanketing Shaw for the first time this year, Kevin Chapple and friends spent time in the kitchen with local Chef Jean-Claude at his Mt Vernon Square home.
Jean-Claude treated his guests to a sampling of the classic sauces and French cuisine that he teaches his students about in similar in-home classes throughout the year. With Beef Wellington, Coq au vin, Eggs Benedict, Chocolate Mousse, green tea, mimosas, and a fine port on the menu, who could have asked for a better reason stay in on a winter day.
